Dean and Sam will be spending some time in the slammer, and to make matters worse, one of the Winchester boys will be shot. Also, look for some body-snatching demons to terrorize a small town. Source: Kristin on E!Online
Due to the strike, 16 of the episodes will be completed. The series was renewed for a fourth season.
Episode 3.13: Title Unknown
Airdate: April 24, 2008
It's a light, high-concept episode - shot entirely in documentary style by these bumbling would-be ghost hunters we introduced in Season One. The whole hour is the pilot of a cable show called Ghostfacers! So it's quite a departure from our usual structure. And it's completely self-enclosed and breezes right past all the mythology we set up in Jus In Bello. Source: Firefox.org
Episode 3.14: Long-Distance Caller
Airdate: May 1, 2008
-Sam and Dean find that people are able to communicate with those who have died in the past via telephone and computer chatting
-The monster of the week is a Crocotta (a mimic whose eyes turn to stone when it dies); the goal of the Crocotta is to get people to kill themselves
-A girl named Leila confesses to Sam that she has been talking with (what sounds like) her Mom over the phone and through IMing
-Dean talks to (what sounds like) John and gets information about the location of the demon who holds the contract on his soul
-Sam goes to confront the Crocotta and gets captured while, at the same time, Dean is busy setting up an ambush for the demonshe has been told holds the contract on his soul but is actually an innocent man who has been set up by the Crocotta

Episode 3.16: Title Unknown (Season finale)
Airdate: May 15, 2008
The season finale takes place on Dean's last day [and we will see Ellen again that day]. Source: Firefox.org
And some general spoiler too...
Spoiler:
You'll be seeing more of [Lilith]. And it won't be pretty. In coming episodes, you'll see that she's also smart. Source: Firefox.org
Even if [Agent Henriksen] didn't survive, since when is death the last we see of people on Supernatural? Source: Firefox.org
Ruby is invested in the demon war and in Sam; we'll see more of her in that context. As for Bela -- well, she swiped the Colt and led Henriksen to the boys, which led to a bunch of demons attacking them. Dean is pretty into the idea of killing her. Source: Firefox.org
Eric Kripe reveals: No Dean-Bela hookups. They hate each other too much. If anything, Bela becomes more antagonistic. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
Eric Kripe reveals: There's a fun [post-strike episode] where we bring back the Hellhounds, the bumbling ghost hunters back from Season 1. The whole show is an episode of their reality show. So we're shooting an entire show on hand-held video Blair Witch-style. Like when X-Files did their episode of Cops. It's our loving tribute to Ghosthunters on Sci Fi. Source: TV Guide Online
Lauren Cohan reveals: There's gonna be a face-off between Bela and another baddie on the show-someone we've seen before whom we don't like very much. [...] She may be, but she really is primarily a thief. And then as her relationship develops with the boys, we may see her other colors coming through. She is aware of how the whole demon hunting world works, because she has to be in order to get her business done. Source: Kristin on E!Online
Jared Padalecki reveals: In a few weeks, Gordon, played by Sterling K. Brown, who we love, comes back. He's been hunting for Sam now that he's found out he's not all human. What's going to happen to stop him is very interesting. If you remember, the Yellow-eyed Demon said to Dean, "Are you sure what you brought back is 100 percent Sam?" Keep an eye on Sam and notice the difference between Season 1 and what he does now in Season 3. It might be hinting toward something. Source: TV Guide Online
Some new spoilers
Spoiler:
Episode 3.16: Title Unknown (Season finale)
Airdate: May 15, 2008
I'm hearing of a huge season-ending shocker involving Dean that I'd tell you about, but, well, it involves a word I normally have to spell out with double hockey sticks. But let's just say it might be one of the biggest jaw-droppers in Supernatural history-at least in my humble, Dean-loving opinion! Source: Kristin on E!Online
I couldn't think of anything other than Dean's gonna die... NOOO!!!
This is from buddytv regarding the 4 remaining episodes of season 3.
Where did the spoiler button go BTW?
Episode 3.13 - "Ghostfacers" - Airing April 24
The Winchesters reunite with the wannabe hunters from season 1's "Hell House" in this lighthearted episode. This installment was filmed in a documentary style and will play out like the actual pilot episode of the Ghostfacers! TV show. It's completely self-enclosed and breezes past all of the mythology set up in "Jus in Bello."
Episode 3.14 - "Long-Distance Caller" - Airing May 1
Supernatural will return to its normal structure in this episode, which finds Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean visiting a town haunted by phone calls from dead loved ones. The demon behind the hauntings is a crocotta, which is a creature whose goal is to get people to kill themselves so it can steal their souls. To force people into suicide, the crocotta communicates via telephone or computer.
Dean will also get some information about the demon holding the contract on his soul, though it will come from an unlikely source.
Episode 3.15 - Airing May 8
This episode will introduce a new demon hunter into the mix. Creator Eric Kripke also says, "We're gonna charge full-steam into Dean's deal with the devil, because his soul is coming up due."
Jared Padalecki adds, "Sam is trying new and different methods to try and save Dean. In the third episode I think we have a week left of Dean's life, and we're sprinting to the finish line to beat this deal that's closing in."
Episode 3.16 - Airing May 15
The season finale takes place on Dean's last day, and includes a huge season-ending shocker regarding his fate. According to Michael Ausiello at TV Guide, there are four questions fans should be asking: Will Dean die? Will Dean go to Hell? Will Sam turn dark? Will Sam fight against Dean?
The answer to two of these questions is yes.
Season 3 will also feature a lot more of Lilith, but one thing it won't include is a hookup between Dean and Bela (Lauren Cohan). According to Kripke, "They hate each other too much. If anything, Bela becomes more antagonistic."
the next episode will be like the movie cloverfield lol, filmed through a camera.. i might not like it, but the last one sounds good, which 2 questions do you think are answered as yes?
