| Either it's to blame on the writer's strike or on Tim Kring quitting the show... |

| Yes, they are all affected by it. They all quit shooting: Prison Break, Heroes, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, Supernatural, Reno 911, etc etc... |

All US series are affected by it. There are news bout the strike every day. Didn't follow it since Friday though... 24 got post-poned as far as I know...
The actors are supporting the writers too:

oh no
i just found this out:
I know there are Smallville fans out there who are hoping that since Smallville is shot up in Vancouver, B.C., that the WGA writers' strike won't affect production on the show. Unfortunately, it does. Smallville's writers are Hollywood-based and have therefore gone on strike with everyone else this week. From what I've gathered, there's been no official word on how many scripts the Smallville writers had finished prior to Monday, but it looks like Smallville will be able to get through mid-season. Unlike some shows (like The Office and Battlestar Galactica) production on Smallville won't stop just because the writers are on strike. The actors will film the remaining episodes. The producers have also stated that they, knowing that a strike was likely, ended the final finished script on a cliff-hanger, so the last aired episode (which should be in mid-February or so) can act as a season finale if need be.
You have to like Smallville's respect for its fans in this instance. Even though the writers are acting in solidarity, it doesn't hurt to slightly alter the last finished script to make it more digestible to fans. There were rumors this week that Tim Kring, Heroes showrunner, refused to alter the last Heroes script to make it a tidier ending if it happens to be the last episode of the season. While I also understand that point of view, I think it's unnecessary to penalize the fans like that.
So, there you have it, Smallville fans. You're probably looking at five or six more new episodes before the well runs dry in February. In the meantime, we have some spoilers for Thursday's episode, entitled “Wrath”. If you don't want to be spoiled, read no further.

Oh Goodness. What an episode.
Don't read this if you haven't watched it yet.
I'd actually moan how predictable the show became this season... Didn't I say early on Bob was Elle's dad? And we all knew already that Adam was the one who killed Kaito Nakamura and I also thought it was Matt's dad who harmed Angela Petrelli... But oh well...
No Nathan. No Sylar. No Peter... again.
I liked this episode anyway. Seeing Noah die made me cry like stupid and that ending OMG. Is he now invincible like Claire? This would be so awesome, but also scary to be their guinea pig now. I had hated to see him leave the show... Jack Coleman rulez.
And I friggin' hate Mohinder. What the heck is wrong with him? His character annoys me so much. Kill him off. Please.
Matt's ability is getting scary. But I love this guy anyway. Haha.
Elle is so evil, I tend to like her. "He's adorable. Can I keep him?" Bahaha. She likes to play... There should be a showdown between her and Sylar, could be interesting... |

I read somewhere for next week, Peter Vs Hiro - Claire vs Elle and Maja has to choose....Sylar or Alessandro. Cant wait. |
You want Elle to win over Claire? Wow... I don't want any of them to die... Hiro vs Peter? hmm... Hiro vs Adam would make sense... I'm for Adam. lol... And Maya has to choose Sylar... and she will...
Can't wait for the next episode the last 5 minutes were just so exciting again. I missed that a little lately: the great cliffhanger endings each episode... I should look for the trailer of ep 10...
Hopefully they find a good ending to this season, now that it's cut down to just 11 episodes... and make everything better for the 3rd season. |

Yes definatley Elle, shes so much crazier than simple old Claire. I choose the same as you about Hiro and Adam. I read the Hiro v Peter thing from another forum, the only thing i can think of this happenning is if Peter sees Hiro trying to take out Adam and gets the wrong idea._________________ [T]¥ℓE[Я]
